All cancellations mut be received in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation:
Bookings can be canceled up to 4 weeks before the stay.
The deposit is a non-refundable contribution as well as a processing fee and will be retained.
In the case of short-notice cancellations,
unused booking days that we are unable to re-rent will be charged at 80%.
We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of early departure.
We recommend taking out travel protection insurance: this insurance covers cancellation charges
if - for serious reasons - you are unable to take your holiday.

The apartments can be occupied by additional people using the sofa bed at a surcharge of €15 per person/day.
Weekly rates include linen and final cleaning.
Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM.
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 9:30 AM.
