For all individuals aged 14 and above, a local stay tax of €3.20 per person/night will be charged.

This tax is not included in the total price.

The depicted room types may vary in location, size, furnishings, with or without balcony.

Cancellation conditions:

All cancellations mut be received in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply in the event of cancellation:

Bookings can be canceled up to 4 weeks before the stay.
The deposit is a non-refundable contribution as well as a processing fee and will be retained.

In the case of short-notice cancellations,
unused booking days that we are unable to re-rent will be charged at 100%.

We reserve the right to charge the full amount of the reservation in the event of early departure.

Recommendation:

We recommend taking out travel protection insurance: this insurance covers cancellation charges
if - for serious reasons - you are unable to take your holiday.
